Yes, electronic invoices received via Bizmail ONEway have the same legal value as paper invoices. The invoice is an important document in the commercial process. Apart from anything else, it is of commercial value for accounting purposes. The invoice also has legal implications and is the foundation for a series of declarations: - VAT declaration and VAT recovery;
