Is the e-mail address included in the signature certificate on the eID?

Belgian authorities have decided not to include the e-mail address in the eID certificate of the card holder. The fact of not having that e-mail address in the signature certificate can bring some issues with certain version of mailing clients.
Currently tested e-mail clients are Outlook ® 2002/XP (MS Office XP), Mozilla in which you can sign e-mails but you need to configure these e-mail applications in order that they accept certificates without e-mail.
