How do I open the CSV file containing my single use e-Signing codes?

A CSV file is a Comma Seperated Values file. This file format can be opened with all kinds of programs: text editors, spread sheets, etc.. The easiest way is to open this file with a spread sheet like MS Excel or Openoffice.org Calc.

You can obtain Openoffice.org free of charge from www.openoffice.org. This will open the file with multiple columns, which is easiest in use. In case the software allows you to indicate import options, the best results can be obtained with the Character set "Western Europe (Windows-1252/WinLatin 1)" and Comma as a separator.
