Which are the print specifications for electronic registered mail?

As users work on many different systems and printing requires certain technical conditions to be met, we have to put in place some specific technical requirements for the printing of electronic registered mail.

Paper and envelopes
  • One-sided printing
  • Black and white printing (with grey tones)
  • Paper: A4, 80 gram, white
  • Maximum number of pages per addressee, including attachments: 15

Attachments
  • Formats allowed:
    • Microsoft Word (.doc)
    • Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf)
    • Text (.txt)
  • Maximum file size: 2 MB
  • The attachments must have the correct layout to enable printing them in A4 format (portrait or landscape)
  • The attachments are not personalised (no variable fields, no "direct mail", no automatic date, etc.)
The "body" of the text
  • The body of the text is printed with the following characteristics: font face "Times New Roman", size 12, normal (not bold, not underlined, not italic)
  • The content of the message, the address of the recipient(s) and the other elements of the electronic registered mail are automatically rearranged during the printing process in order to put them in the form of a letter
