The printed off electronic registered mail from myCertipost offers the guarantee of the identity of the sender and the confidentiality of the mail up to the mailing by Certipost to De Post.
The current state of the technology doesn’t allow electronic signatures to be transferred onto paper. Therefore it is not recommended to use a printed off electronic registered mail to send an original or signed document.
Our system of electronic signatures follows the definition of the “advanced electronic signature” laid down by the European directive concerning electronic signatures (directive 1999/93/CE).
