I am not able to attach a file to my registered e-mail.

The Certipost "registered mails" application works with ActiveX components. In order to check whether these are activated, please do the following:
In Internet Explorer, go to:
  • Tools
  • Internet Options
  • Tab General
  • Browsing History
  • Settings
  • View Objects
The Attachmenet.UC file should appear in the list shown. In order to activate this, please follow these steps in the Internet Options window:
  • Tab Programs
  • Manage Add-ons button
  • Select Attachmenet.UC
  • Tick the ‘Enable’ option
  • Click OK
