How can I take another look at a registered mail I have sent?

You can take another look at the registered mail sent to one or more physical addressees and consult the delivery status of the mail. Only the registered mails that have been paid for according to the terms and conditions, can be consulted as follows:
- Click on “Sent registered mail”
- Click on the registered mail that you want to consult
The following will appear on your screen:
- The header details of the registered mail
- The certificate of mailing
- The content of your letter
- The electronic proofs of receipt
- The handling status of the printed off registered mail
