Do I have to register to be able to use the electronic registered mail service?

To be able to send electronic registered mail, you have to register for a (free) myCertipost Plus account. To do this, go to the 'Register' section on www.mycertipost.be. The addressee receives a printed off electronic registered mail at his postal address.
