Which HR documents can I send using e-HR ?
|
The HR documents currently delivered via e-HR are:
- for companies affiliated to social secretariats: salary statements, proof of Dimona payment, performance statements, holiday list, certificate from the employer for special contributions, bank payments, Dimona declarations
- for employees: pay slip, individual account, monthly summary of performances, employment certificate, certificate of holiday earnings
In the HR area, there is also “e-Contracting”, which is the signing and electronic exchange of employment contracts between the employee and the employer. This is not, however, an exhaustive list.
