When logging into Intervat, the above error message may appear after entering the password. This can be due to various reasons: Your certificate has expired Click here to find out how to check the validity of your certificate.
Your certificate is not activated You should check whether you have received an activation mail from Certipost. If not, please send us the following information: - the fully completed receipt note (delivered with the purchased certificate)
- the company's Articles of Association including the names of the responsible persons (Managing Director, Business Managers or members of the Board of Directors) and the name which was entered in the certificate (except in case of a power of attorney: in this case, the name of the authoriser must be included in the Articles of Association)
- signed copy of the identity card of those mentioned in the certificate, as well as of the authoriser (in case of a power of attorney)

As soon as we have received this information, we will activate the certificate. It is processed overnight by the verification services, so that you can start using your certificate the next day. You will receive an email as soon as the certificate is activated with Certipost.
