On the login page, I get the error message "Wrong username or password".

You have entered a wrong username or wrong password for your Bizmail Interactive account. You may have used incorrect characters.

REMARK: the username and password are case-sensitive.

In case you are still not able to log in, you can request our Service Desk ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) to verify your username and password. Please provide the following information in your request mail:

  • Username (if known)
  • Company name
  • Name and first name
  • Phone number
  • VAT number

These data are required for verification purposes.

For safety reasons, we cannot conduct any verifications of your username and/or password over the phone.
