Can I create a correction invoice?

Yes. The Certipost Bizmail Interactive solution allows you to create and send correction invoices. To do so, you need to create a linked message based on the previously sent invoice. You can find a detailed description of this functionality in your Bizmail account. Once you are logged in, click on the link in the top right corner to go to the Help section.
